Classification of Animals
A series of PowerPoint slides to teach basic classification of animals, including elements from Key Stage 2 Science Unit 4A Moving and Growing. Animals are divided into two groups - vertebrates and invertebrates. Vertebrates can then be sub-divided into five groups. The features of each group are identified and understanding can be checked by using the "What am I?" quiz (included, or available seperately below)
